SoFLO BOYS Teams

2023-24 SEASON AUG-JAN (Boys 15u & up) AND MAY-JULY

Program Description: Teams will participate in the tournament events listed on the tentative tournament schedule, subject to changes. Tournaments may be added or changed with or without the approval of Club Director. Some tournaments may require overnight travel stay.  Events may include organized scrimmages and/or 1-3 day events. Players may practice 3-4 times per week including playing days of which one practice may be in the sand.  Training begins in the month of August.

Team Level: This program is for intermediate-advanced level athletes. Travel may be required out of Broward County to participate in competition events.

• Soref JCC Gym – City of Plantation
• Soref JCC SandBox – City of Plantation 
• South Plantation High School Gym – City of Plantation

Requirements: Must be Registered with SoFLO Volleyball Academy.  Current AAU Membership through 2024-25. Please go to www.aauvolleyball.org to complete your AAU Membership.  Make sure to associate player with SoFLO Volleyball Academy (code: RS88CXD5).

Requirements: Must be Registered with SoFLO Volleyball Academy.  Current AAU Membership through 2023-24. Please go to www.aauvolleyball.org to complete your AAU Membership.  Make sure to associate player with SoFLO Volleyball Academy (code: TBA).  Additionally a USAV membership will be required for all boys teams that play in USAV events.

Tryouts will require registration. Check out the club info for Season 2023-24 through the corresponding tabs.  Every season is a new year, new team, new athlete, new situation, new challenges, new improvements, new standards and even a new coach.  Those that stick with the process, commit to their training regime, prepare mentally and physically, bring a positive, humble, coachable attitude every day will succeed on any team in any situation.
